• Guide and streamline the application process for a new business or existing business to obtain to liquor permit, including:
  • Fill out applications
  • Take required photos
  • Review sketches for regulatory compliance
  • Meet inspection and publication deadlines and notarize documents as needed
  • Meet with Liquor Control Agent, if needed, to move permit process along and to fulfill state requirements
• Prepare a variety of other applications for existing permits, included lottery applications

• Prepare for and attend hearings with the State Liquor Commissioners.
• On-site premises inspection to ensure compliance with the current Liquor Control Acts and Regulations to prevent state citations, fines, and/or suspensions (Be aware of what you can or cannot do on your permit premises)

Training:

• Will perform on-site training for you and employees, in order to learn how to comply with the Liquor Control Acts and Regulations and to practice lawful & responsible liquor service.
• Have developed an extensive training manual based on common practices and procedures.

Accounting & Tax Services

• Advise clients on government regulations which include, but are not limited to, the Fair Labor Standards Act and payroll
• Provide tax compliance tips on how to protect your business from the IRS and being compliant with frequently changing federal & state tax laws.
• Resolving conflicts with the Department of Labor – Staying up to date with Labor Laws & compliance regulations to prevent possible penalties, for business both small and medium in size.
